Rage Room Experience in Tempe, AZ

Absolutely therapeutic. I went to Simply Smashing for a rage release session for a dry January Friday night and it delivered exactly what I needed. The staff made the whole process easy from check-in to setup, explained everything clearly and made sure we felt safe while still letting us fully let loose. The room was clean, the gear was solid and the experience was so satisfying. I even got to smash a few Jameson & Tito’s bottles from an old chapter of my life and it was weirdly healing in the best way. Walked out feeling lighter, calmer and honestly proud I chose smashing over spiraling. Highly recommend if you need to reset your nervous system and get some stress out fast. Sand grenades were fun too!

Took 4 teenage grandkids ages 14 to 19. They had a blast getting all of their frustrations and anger out. Gave them a little workout, too. They loved it.

Took my two kids (ages 9 and 12) and had a blast! They thought it was cool to break stuff on purpose, anyway that they chose to and not get in trouble for it! And we got to listen to our own music playlist while doing so. The staff was super friendly and we felt completely safe smashing everything! Will definitely go back and upgrade to the colored powder and likely the paint splatter room.

Fun idea. courteous staff. My 12 year old grandson loved it and so did his 80 year old grandpa. It was as much fun watching them smash things to bits and pieces as it was for them to rage smash. 🪓⚒️💥💥

It was absolutely 💯 worth every penny and every moment! From the time we stepped in the door and met Kendall and Drako 👌, who manned the ship we destroyed!!! Loved, loved, loved it! We will definitely will be back! Thank you for everything and making it exactly what the group needed 💜

Love this place and they love healthcare providers! The punch card should be issued to anyone graduating with any healthcare career

I was gifted this for my birthday this year which was exciting. This was my first time ever doing anything like this. The girls in the front were just amazing and super thorough and helpful. Once you go in you get to play your own music, there are additional item you can pay for then and there if you wanted add one, honestly overall really great experience and will definitely be going back!!!!

I brought my son for his 11th birthday, he absolutely loved it! Sam was so helpful and friendly. He’s saving his money so he can go back and do it again. It’s a great place to visit! I highly recommend it.

The people running it were very helpful and had good service overall. It's about 20 min to smash a big box of glassware, and you can add on larger items, too. The 20 min feels longer than it sounds. Good experience overall and if you're thinking of going to a rage room, then I would recommend giving this place a try.

Visited twice this past week with my kids and their friends. They had a BLAST! We even brought our own glass recycling to have a few extra bottles to throw at the wall. What a great way to release stress and yell and rage at what needs to be released from your soul! Highly recommended.

We booked a Groupon here for 2 people in a rage room for 20 minutes. The amount of time and times provided was perfect for us. Don’t forget close toed shoes, and they provide coveralls if you forget long pants and a long sleeved shirt.
